The business model for WKM is defined by properties of interest must be;

• Directly on trend of current and historic large scale production
• Well established geological positions and showings on the major trends
• Majority interests to be acquired for operational control
• Large scale land positions of more than 25km sq to be consolidated
• Work with an established knowledgeable local technical team
• Look for a paradigm shift in belt knowledge
• Set realistic expectations for a 3 year targeting phase
• $2-$5m budget per year so that knowledge can build up and have a reasonable probability of success – utilizing institutional investor support for the scale
• Include more than one target area in the company and be prepared to re-assess what is working and switch resources quickly
